CUT The cut is the most important aspect of the diamond. It refers to the angles and finish that allow light to enter your diamond. How it is cut and polished determines how the light will be reflected within the diamond.
COLOR The color of a diamond is an important factor because it will dictate what light will be reflected. Color is determined by a color grading scale. The most rare diamonds have virtually no color at all. Other diamonds have a shade of yellow or brown and are called Champagne diamonds. Still others, called Fancies, can look pink, red, green, or blue.
CLARITY The clarity of a diamond is based on the inclusions of the stone. Inclusions are the natural elements trapped in the diamond during the formation. The fewer the inclusions, the more rare and precious the stone is considered. Fewer inclusions mean less will obstruct the reflection of light.

CARAT-WEIGHT The Carat-Weight of a diamond is an obvious characteristic of the diamond. Diamonds are measured in carats or weight. Price and rarity increase with size. However, weight does not determine quality. |
